On Sunday, November 3rd, the Sunbeam Car Club of Victoria headed down the Peninsula to the 3rd “Point Nepean Heritage Motor Show.”
Meeting at the BP on Peninsula Link, we headed down in an impressive conveyor of 2 Tigers and 5 Alpines. An additional Tiger and Alpine soon joined us for the final trip through Sorrento and on to the Point Nepean Quarantine Station, where the club formed an impressive display.
The weather was beautiful, as it has been for the last two years, and the SCCV members’ display was a magical sight. There was lots of laughter and technical talk as members enjoyed themselves. The various motor vehicles attending the show also gave an excellent viewing experience.
A common phrase heard on the day was just how many Sunbeams there were. This is a testament to the enthusiasm of our members, who again seize the opportunity to attend a club event.
All too soon, it was time to leave, and slowly, the cars dispersed into the countryside.
Till the next event.
