On Sunday, March 17th, the Sunbeam Car Club of Victoria, SCCV, members headed to the Leongatha Show ‘N’ Shine in the brilliant sunshine.
Twelve members attended the official club event, including two Tigers, three Alpines, a Talbot, and a nondescript yellow car—perhaps a Morgan 4/4.
After meeting at the Leongatha McDonals, we made our way to the Recreational Reserve. The cars were assembled on the ground and made for an impressive one-make display, drawing much attention, especially Norm’s Red Tiger.
As the midday sun began to heat up, we took refuge in the shade of a beautiful treed area. There, we enjoyed good company and a relaxed picnic lunch.
All too soon, the day was over, and we headed back home.
